  Biography

  What I Do
  In my philosophy of care, my patients are the heart of my practice. Ensuring that my patients feel welcomed and heard is part of my care. As someone in the LGBT+ community, I always loved how providers made me feel welcomed without judgement in the clinic. I aspire to be that provider for someone and to be an empathic listener. This is why I went into sexual and gender medicine. My clinical interests include LGBTQ+, sexual and mental health. I am also interested in gender affirming care, mental health and primary care.

  Why I Love My Work
  I enjoy that I can work with my community by making positive impacts and fostering relationships with my patients. I love patient care and navigating decisions with people. Being human and forming relationships are central to medicine, and it was my motivation to go into medicine.

  Getting to Know Me
  Outside of work, I love the great outdoors! Hiking and camping are both near and dear to me. I love spending time with my friends and family and trying out new places to eat.
