What I Do
My philosophy of care is to treat each patient with kindness and respect, like how I would want a member of my own family treated in the same situation. I like to form relationships with my patients to build trust and connection, helping them to feel comfortable and heard.
My special clinical interests include the prevention of malnutrition in those struggling with disease, enteral and parenteral nutrition, gastrointestinal nutritional concerns, eating disorders and sports nutrition.
Why I Love My Work
I have always been one to care for others, so health care has been a natural fit. I like to make a positive difference in other people's lives, helping them in times of need. Both of my parents have struggled with a cancer journey, and I would like to give back to people going through similar struggles.
I truly enjoy forming relationships with my patients and seeing their progress.
Getting to Know Me
I love spending time with family and friends. I enjoy cycling, sewing, flying model airplanes and walking with my dog, Charlie.
One unique fact about me is that I used to dance in a semiprofessional dance company.
