What I Do
My philosophy of care is to treat all patients with compassion, respect and understanding. I believe in listening closely, earning trust and partnering with patients to create care plans that fit their lives. Family medicine allows me to build long-term relationships and focus on whole-person care within the context of family and community. I value prevention, education and continuity of care across all stages of life. My clinical interests include full-spectrum family medicine, preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, pediatrics and community medicine.
Why I Love My Work
My motivation to pursue medicine began when I saw my father volunteer at community health camps and witnessed the impact compassionate care had on patients and families. Those early experiences shaped my desire to serve others through medicine. Being in medicine gives me the opportunity to help people during some of their most vulnerable moments. It is a privilege to earn patient trust, provide comfort and play a role in helping them feel better. I find meaning in listening to patients, supporting them through their concerns and being part of their journey toward better health.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of medicine, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with different cuisines, especially Chinese, Thai and Mexican food. I am also passionate about fitness and enjoy staying active. A fun fact about me is that I love to sing.
