What I Do
My approach to patient care is centered on shared decision making. I seek to provide education on the condition and treatment options, and in turn, I want to know about the patient’s lifestyle and priorities. Together, we can then decide on a treatment plan that is both evidence-based and aligned with the patient’s goals.
My specialty is in orthopedics since it allows me to help people get back to moving and enjoying activities that are important to them. My special clinical interests include trauma surgery, total joint replacement, and hand and wrist care.
Why I Love My Work
I enjoy working with a diverse patient population and I have a background in working with people with disabilities. I will strive to help all patients know that their voice is heard.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking around Minnesota with my dog and watching my nephews compete in youth sports.
