    I had a unique situation. As Dr. Engelking walked into exam room, I was on a phone call that my father had just died. She was extremely kind and concerned about me which I greatly appreciated. She is awesome!

    The provider did offer me any alternatives when testing came back negative and didn't ask any further questions. The provider just stated that she didn't know and told me I am good to go. I felt as though I was not listened to by her and was just trying to get on to the next patient. She didn't listen to any of my concerns.
