What I Do
I believe the words of the old proverb that “It takes a whole village to raise a child.” I feel honored to share in this amazing responsibility. As a pediatrician, I work with families to help children develop and maintain healthy habits. I enjoy seeing a diverse population of people with hometown values. My special clinical interests include international adoption and ADHD.
Why I Love My Work
I was motivated to go into medicine because I love helping people and learning something interesting every day. I chose to specialize in pediatrics because children are energizing, resilient people with unique challenges. Building relationships with children and parents is what I enjoy most about my job. I joined CentraCare because they have a reputation for providing compassionate, comprehensive care.
Getting to Know Me
I have three kids, with an 11-year age difference between the oldest and youngest. My daughter was adopted from India. Outside of work, I like walking, cross country skiing and relaxing at the lake with friends and family.
