What I Do
My philosophy of care revolves around providing care of the whole person, including the mind, body and spirit. My goal is to promote quality of life and alleviate suffering for patients while supporting their families and caregivers.
My clinical interests include the care of patients with serious illnesses and end-of-life care.
Why I Love My Work
What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds. I love being able to sit down with my patients and families to hear the narrative of their lives.
Getting to Know Me
I grew up in Central Minnesota. CentraCare has provided top quality care to my family and friends for decades. My motivation to pursue medicine comes from the opportunity I had to shadow a pediatrician at St. Cloud Hospital.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, baking, traveling and spending time with my family. I spend my downtime with my three rescue cats, Freddy, Edna and Oscar.
