What I Do
I believe patients receive the best care when they, along with their families, and health care providers are focused on the same goal. My philosophy of care is to empower my patients by helping them understand their health and care options so they can make an educated decision. My clinical interests include neurology, neurosurgery, and acute care.
Why I Love My Work
I found a love for medicine when my brother became sick at the age of 12. I was amazed by the medical team and their ability to help my brother return to his normal life. Since then, I knew I was meant to guide people through their health journey. After spending 14 years as an RN, caring for neuroscience and spine patients at CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital, I wanted to provide more comprehensive care therefore, I decided to pursue career advancement as a nurse practitioner.
Getting to Know Me
I enjoy spending time with my family and the many outdoor activities Minnesota has to offer. I am excited to help and serve the community that I was raised in.
