What I Do

I partner with patients so that they can achieve overall cardiovascular health and wellness. I believe that education in health empowers patients to take control of their lives. I have been part of CentraCare since 2005 as a registered nurse. I decided to further my career at CentraCare as a nurse practitioner in cardiology because I have been so proud of the impact we are making with patients not only in St. Cloud but beyond. My special clinical interests include cardiovascular medicine and structural heart disease.

Why I Love My Work

I enjoy learning about my patients' lives outside of their condition. For example, what are their hobbies? What makes them happy? It is in knowing the patient that you no longer take care of the condition, you take care of the person.

Getting to Know Me

Outside of work, I enjoy being outside, hiking with my family, running and working with flowers.
