Midwifery

What I Do

I am committed to delivering patient-centered care throughout the labor and delivery process. I strongly believe in the importance of informed and shared decision-making, ensuring that women are educated and aware of their choices every step of the way.

My clinical interests include supporting women and families during labor and the birth of their newborn.

Why I Love My Work

My interest in all things related to birth began during my first pregnancy. However, it wasn’t until I was training to become a certified birth doula that I truly fell in love with the process. It was then that I realized, deep down, that I was called to be a midwife.

I truly cherish being part of the journey of helping women bring new life into the world.

Getting to Know Me

Outside of work, I enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, time outdoors, family time and puzzles. Fun fact: Although I don’t play much anymore, I used to play the banjo and trap set.
