What I Do
My philosophy of care is strength-based and client-centered. This philosophy includes providing a nurturing, supportive environment, meeting clients where they are at, and identifying and using their personal strengths to improve other areas that we’re working on together. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and with a wide range of concerns. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, loss, PTSD, substance abuse, the LGBTQ+ community and aging. I also have special interests in dialectical behavior therapy, anger management, motivational interviewing and mindfulness.
I’ve completed additional training in transgender and gender-diverse medical care.
Why I Love My Work
What I enjoy most about my job is seeing clients improving and making positive changes in their lives.
Getting to Know Me
I love animals and enjoy spending time outdoors with my Australian shepherd. Travel, family and friends are also very important to me. I’m a big advocate for making time for the people and things you love.
