What I Do
I teach family medicine doctors and specialize in integrated behavioral health. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, relationships, health psychology, and women’s health. The main modalities I use are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused, and Gestalt Therapy.
I also serve as Director of Behavioral Medicine - University of Minnesota / St. Cloud Hospital Family Medicine Residency.
