Psychotherapy / Counseling

What I Do

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), and registered play therapist-supervisor (RPT-S). In my practice, I take a strength-based, family-systems approach to mental health care, serving individuals across the lifespan — children, adolescents and adults. I emphasize collaboration, resilience and the development of meaningful goals, all while taking a holistic view of each person. This includes considering environment, relationships, and overall life context to support mental wellbeing.

My clinical interests include play therapy, couples and family therapy, caregiver-child relationships, co-parenting, trauma and stressor-related disorders, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.

Getting to Know Me

Outside of my professional work, I find peace and rejuvenation in nature. It provides me with stress relief, a renewed sense of self, and enjoyment!
