What I Do

I am caring, compassionate, and I will work with you to reach your health care goals. I believe in the statement, “If you do not make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness,” (unknown). My clinical interests include preventative care, sports medicine, in-office procedures, and cardiology.

Why I Love My Work

The field of medicine requires a commitment to lifelong learning and this is one of the things that drew me to it. I chose to specialize in family medicine because I wanted to see patients throughout their lifespan and through a variety of health concerns. The best part about my job is getting to know my patients.

Getting to Know Me

I grew up in Central Minnesota and enjoy the community that we have here. Outside of work, I like being outdoors, camping, hiking, and playing soccer or hockey, snowboarding, and spending time with my family. My husband, children, and I love to go camping out West, hike in the mountains and soak-in the beautiful scenery.
