What I Do
In my role, I provide patient-centered care to people of all ages by listening and working with them to reach their individual needs.
My clinical interests include preventative care, chronic disease management, women’s health and weight management.
Why I Love My Work
I chose family medicine because of the variety of areas to practice. I enjoy being there for people and making a difference.
I was motivated to go into health care by the nurses and clinicians who took care of me growing up. I remember how great they treated me at my clinic appointments. I knew back then that’s what I wanted to do when I was older — to care for patients as I was treated.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, especially fishing and camping. I love watching my kids’ sporting events. A fun fact about me is that I was in a bass fishing league with my husband, and I can back in a boat!
