What I Do
I believe in providing a comprehensive, holistic approach that includes the client, their support systems, and an interdisciplinary team. Mental health is just as important as physical health and seeking care should be the same. My approach includes mental health promotion, cultural and environmental considerations, lifestyle modifications and medications when necessary. My special clinical interests include anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.
Why I Love My Work
I appreciate the opportunity to build therapeutic relationships with clients while providing education and assessing the changes that have been made, so that the client can meet their fullest potential.
I chose to join CentraCare after completing a clinical rotation here. I love the incredible amount of support from many different providers in different specialties allowing access to an interdisciplinary team.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children, extended family, and friends. I also like camping, gardening, and enjoying summer days at the lake.
