What I Do
An essential part of being a surgeon is working with a dedicated team. I provide comprehensive care of the vascular system using a multidisciplinary approach. I do this by incorporating my colleagues and available resources into my work to ensure excellent care of my patients throughout their entire experience.
My clinical interests include the following:
- Complex aortic endovascular repair for dissection and pararenal aortic aneurysm including fenestrated and physician modified stent grafts, iliac branch aneurysm stents and embolization treatment for aneurysm
- Open and percutaneous thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repair, fenestrated AAA stent (FEVAR) and peripheral aneurysm repair
- TCAR procedure, carotid endarterectomy and carotid body tumor surgery
- Thoracic outlet syndrome surgery/rib resection
- Endovascular treatment of proximal acute/chronic DVT/percutaneous thrombectomy and thrombolysis
- Limb salvage/claudication procedures with peripheral endovascular techniques, surgical reconstruction/bypass and amputation
- Mesenteric/renal artery stenting and bypass
- Venous reflex disease with RF, laser and chemoablation, microphlebectomy, foam sclerotherapy and perforator ablation

Why I Love My Work
I enjoy working with our phenomenal vascular surgery team in the clinic and hospital! I am attracted to vascular surgery because we provide new, evidence-driven technologies and surgeries for complex patient problems. Vascular surgery is always changing. We are not only learning new things, but we are also consistent with tried-and-true methods. I also enjoy taking care of my patients over the long term.
