What I Do
Within my role, I strive to involve patients in their own care and decision-making by listening and educating. My clinical interests in cardiology include pulmonary emboli and peripheral arterial disease. I also have a background in exercise physiology.
Why I Love My Work
My favorite part of my job is the patients. I enjoy meeting new people every day and hearing their stories. I want to improve their quality of life in any way I can. I also went into medicine because I learn new things every day — medicine is an ever-changing and evolving field.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors running, biking and hiking. Spending time with family is also very important to me.
