Dr. Daniel Smith was very professional during my clinic visit with him. He carefully listened to all of my concerns regarding my visit and not only addressed each concern, but then looked at my results and further found the underlying cause of what was wrong, when another facility had the same results and did nothing, and then carried out a treatment plan to get me on the road to recovery. Since seeing Dr. Daniel Smith that day, my health has improved significantly. He has also set up follow-up appointments to further address my health issues.

Excellent Dr! Took his time, asked questions, listened, explained. Friendly, professional, concerned, informed.

The provider did not knock on the door, did not introduce himself, and was not wearing a badge. The initial impression of that is a little jarring (it feels like it could have been any random man walking into my exam room). The visit was otherwise fine and I saw him take out a badge to log into the computer, but would recommend either wearing it or at least introducing himself.

Dr. Smith always listens well with patience, and provides very good answers and information, and in this visit he outlined his recommendation of which I folled up on. Before ending visits he always asks of other concerns.

No treatment, etc., visit was for Wellness check-up.

I had a lot of questions about my health concerns that day and felt rushed to get out of there. I've still been asking those questions on MyChart but there are long delays in responding. I also asked for anxiety medication changes back to what my doctor originally prescribed several years ago but was referred to a different doctor. I realize I'm not the only patient, but I don't feel my office visit was worth the price I paid for it and am still dealing with high anxiety and stress as well as my original issues I came in for that day.
