What I Do
My philosophy of care is to communicate clearly and provide compassionate, individualized and evidence-based care to patients. My clinical interests include endocrine surgery (thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal), laparoscopic, hernia, and acute care surgery.
Why I Love My Work
My favorite part of my job is building relationships with both patients and colleagues. I love the opportunity to work with patients through challenging times in their lives, as well as the problem-solving and intellectual challenge of medicine. I also like the team-based approach to surgery, both in and out of the operating room.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy running, road biking, kayaking, camping, reading, hiking, and traveling.
I was born and raised in St. Cloud and am excited to be back serving the same community I grew up in. My father, Dr. Christopher Tacl, has been a family physician in the St. Cloud area for almost 40 years. I am incredibly honored to have the opportunity to follow his footsteps into a career in medicine and to serve the same community he dedicated his life to.
