What I Do
As a physician assistant within the CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center, I believe in the importance of providing collaborative, patient-centered care where we use shared decision-making to help patients achieve their health care goals. My clinical interests include chest pain, myocardial infarction, percutaneous coronary intervention registries and hyperlipidemia. I also have a special interest in LGBTQ+ healthcare and have completed safe space training.
Why I Love My Work
I have always had a passion for science, learning and healing. I was drawn to my current role because the heart is a vital organ, and heart disease is the No. 1 killer of Americans. I enjoy providing education and collaborating as part of a health care team to help people feel better.
Getting to Know Me
I like living and working in Central Minnesota because it’s a great area to raise a family and I get to serve the community where I grew up. One of my favorite hobbies is horseback riding.
