What I Do
I believe in a patient-centered and patient-led philosophy of care where I am here to support my patients in making health care choices based on their physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs. I work with patients, their families, and loved ones to ensure that my patients get the best care possible.
Why I Love My Work
I was motivated to go into medicine because my grandma had a lot of health issues when I was growing up. I watched my grandpa retire early to take care of her and, when I had days off from school, I would go to their house to help take care of her, too. It felt good to help someone else and this experience led me to pursue a career in health care.
I chose to specialize in Family Medicine because I like working with people of all ages. I enjoy helping patients with short-term illnesses and injuries as well as chronic health conditions. What I enjoy most about my job is getting to know people and helping my patients learn about preventative care options.
Getting to Know Me
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My hobbies include hiking, walking, biking, and reading.
