I grew up in the Twin Cities and moved out to the East Coast for my advanced training. While in Washington DC, I earned my MD as well as a PhD in neuroscience from Georgetown University Medical Center. After graduation, I chose to move back to Minnesota to spend more time with family. I enjoy reading, kayaking/canoeing, fishing, board games, and spending time with my wife and three children.

    Dr. Hernandez is awesome in that he reads notes, history and can easily figure out where I fit. Dr. Is super intelligent enough to explain in layman's terms what [...] is going on with my issue. I overthink, he understands and can weed out the necessary from the unnecessary

    The doctor was very knowledgeable and seemed to have my best interest in mind. I feel like we are on the right track, but his running so late Cast a shadow over our appointment. [...] I plan to continue with him and trust the process as I feel He does know his stuff and I do try and give people the benefit of the doubt.

    Didn't discuss if I needed refills of my medication I get from him so now I don't see him for another 3 months and don't have anymore refills of the medication. Also wasn't able to discuss any options for sleep medication to put me to sleep and keep me asleep at night. Felt rushed as I had to work and he was so late to the appointment and he came in and I felt he was rushing
