What I Do
My philosophy of care is grounded in individualized, holistic, patient centered care. I take time to understand each patient’s unique situation, recognizing that true health includes physical, emotional, social, and lifestyle factors. I partner closely with patients to create personalized care plans that support both immediate needs and long term well being.
My goal in family practice is to support not only my patients' immediate health and wellness needs, but also their long-term vitality—helping them remain active and healthy well into their later years. I believe a key part of this is empowering individuals to incorporate daily movement and nourish their bodies with wholesome, nutrient-dense foods.
Why I Love My Work
Healthcare has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Both of my parents dedicated their careers to the medical field and watching them make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and in the community inspired me to follow a similar path.
Through my experience as an oncology nurse, I discovered a deep passion for family practice. I value the opportunity to care for patients across all stages of life, build lasting relationships, and provide compassionate care that supports both short term health and long term wellness.
Getting to Know Me
I was born and raised in the St. Cloud area. After spending several years away, I am grateful to call Cold Spring home. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, camping and running with my friends and family.
