What I Do

I believe in the importance of listening to my patients to fully understand their experience. My goal is to continually improve the health and well-being of my patients. My clinical interests include diabetes care, sports medicine, and the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.

Why I Love My Work

I love the variety of full-spectrum family medicine and the opportunity to develop life-long relationships with my patients and their families.

I chose CentraCare for the opportunity to help train resident physicians and to join a group of colleagues I respect and admire.

Getting to Know Me

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening and reading historical fiction.

Before going into medicine, I attended the U.S. Naval Academy and served for five years as an officer in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program.
