Provider was personable and knowledgeable. Was hoping would have consulted with referring physician prior to appointment to confirm course of action for treatment surgery.

Dr. Cadena was so calm and he right away eased my anxiety etc. Which continued to the end of my appointment with him and stayed with me when I left! He was not in any hurry. He calmly explained my situation and my options! Expressed his diagnosis gently and my options! Recommended that it needs to be removed as soon as possible and told me the choices/openings he had. He said this In a soothing manner! Gave reasons for and against my options but ultimately said it needs to come out but was up to me what I wanted to do! My son was with me and included him in the conversation and answered his questions! We felt very cared for and had a good understanding about my diagnosis and treatment! Our choice for surgical removal was coordinated with our family plan to be together for Labor Day weekend. We had made those plans 6 months prior-who would have thought- what that family vacation would involve.
