What I Do
My philosophy of care is to work with patients alongside their primary care providers to treat physical and mental health needs simultaneously. I utilize a person-centered, solution-focused approach to assist patients in meeting their individual goals. My clinical interests include primary care behavioral health, coping with serious and persistent mental illness, managing life stressors and anxiety, working with teenagers and providing accelerated resolution therapy.
I’ve completed additional training in transgender and gender-diverse medical care.
Why I Love My Work
I enjoy being able to help patients right within our community. There is nothing more rewarding than a patient saying, “Thank you. You really helped me when I needed it.”
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy teaching dance, spending time at the lake with friends and family, traveling, watching movies and playing board games.
