What I Do
As a family nurse practitioner, I believe in a patient-centered approach that emphasizes listening, empathy and shared decision making. I am passionate about partnering with patients to improve quality of life through individualized, compassionate care and education. My clinical interests include chronic pain management and neuropathic pain disorders, with a focus on multimodal, evidence-based strategies that improve patient function and quality of life.
Why I Love My Work
I genuinely enjoy helping people and making a meaningful difference in their daily lives. I have always been interested in supporting patients through difficult health challenges. It is incredibly rewarding to work with people over a period of time, develop a treatment plan together and see improvement in comfort and function. I chose the pain medicine specialty because pain has a profound impact on quality of life and wellbeing.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and being outdoors, and I stay active through yoga and Pilates. Above all, I love spending time with my family and friends.
