What I Do
I believe in trying to understand my clients’ difficulties from the biological, psychological, social, cultural and spiritual perspectives to help them gain insight into their current distress. I assist the client in understanding the motivation behind their behaviors and the roadblocks that prevent them from reaching their goals. My clients and I embark on a journey together to recover from old wounds and build a more fulfilling life.
My clinical interests include difficulties with mood and anxiety, relationship difficulties, post-traumatic stress and existential concerns.
Why I Love My Work
I am passionate about understanding people’s behaviors, motivations and ways of thinking in order to help minimize their suffering. The team I work with is very supportive, knowledgeable and caring to each other and their clients.
