What I Do
My philosophy of care is to focus on the development of strong patient-clinician relationships, promote empowerment through patient education, and to recognize each patient’s individuality.
My clinical interests include gastroenterology, hepatic conditions and transplantation.
Why I Love My Work
I enjoy teaching patients about the human body and empowering them to make decisions that promote health and wellness.
I was motivated to go into medicine because of a love of biological science, inspiring mentors, and the desire to have a career where I could make a difference in people’s lives. I choose to pursue a career in the field of gastroenterology as I developed a love for its complexity through my rotations as a student.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy kickboxing, hiking, reading and playing the piano.
