What I Do
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with additional training in emotional freedom technique (EFT) and dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT). I believe that it is important to bring my authentic self to the therapeutic relationship. I care deeply about my clients and provide a safe space for them to discuss their experiences. I am honored to walk alongside them to help navigate the challenges they face. I believe in the strength and resiliency of the human spirit.
My clinical interests are in depression, anxiety, complex trauma, family work, eating disorders, and the variety of issues that impact women.
Why I Love My Work
What I enjoy most about my job is being present with someone and truly listening to them and their story. People need to be heard and validated.
I believe in the life-changing power of counseling. I can’t think of a better way to make a living!
Getting to Know Me
I enjoy documentaries, reading, music, the outdoors, fishing in the summer and ice fishing in the winter, and most of all, time spent with family.
