What I Do

I provide therapeutic services to children and their families at Clara's House. I am also a board approved clinical supervisor and I enjoy supervising graduate interns who are aspiring to become independent mental health professionals. I have a background in parent education and used to facilitate Parent Enrichment services at both Clara’s House and the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA.

I am also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes in the wellbeing of the entire family. I believe in using a systemic approach when providing care to patients and families. My primary goals include empowering parents, strengthening parent-child relationships and improving patterns of communication. CBT and DBT are also models of therapy I use. 

Getting to Know Me

I love to travel, camp and explore the great outdoors. I also enjoy playing board games, having bonfires and spending quality time with my family.
