I was having a really emotional day [...] I cried most of the appointment and the Dr was very kind and empathetic and really listened. She also listened with how my pain has affected me and not having adequate relief from the injections I previously had a few weeks prior. She explained another option that I can try and set up another follow up to be sure I get the relief I need. I really felt seen and heard.

Jennifer gave me other options to consider.

Fantastic experience. Much better than any experience I have had anywhere else. She was so caring, empathetic, listened, examined me thoroughly. She helped me in a terrible part of my life where no one else did, including [...]. She even gave me a hug bc of how hard my life has been health wise over the last year. She gets 5 stars from me and rarely do I rate anyone 5 stars. A wonderful experience and the hug was genuine and so much appreciated. She made me feel like a patient and not a number.
