What I Do
I practice evidence-based medicine that is centered on scientific research and clinical guidelines to provide the highest standard of care while taking a patient-centered approach to optimize health for each individual.
My clinical interests include preventive care, chronic condition management, child development, women’s health, obesity medicine and nutrition.
Why I Love My Work
Medicine combines my love of science and passion for helping others and serving my community. I enjoy educating and guiding patients through their health journeys, whether that is keeping them healthy with preventive medicine and healthy lifestyles, managing chronic conditions or treating acute illnesses.
I chose a dual focus of internal medicine and pediatrics because I love caring for children and adults with acute and long-term medical conditions and practicing preventive medicine to help patients of all ages maintain healthy lives.
Getting to Know Me
My interests include hiking, trail running, traveling, fishing and kayaking. I also have two yellow labs and love spending time outdoors with them.
