What I Do
My philosophy of care centers on patient-focused, evidence-based practice. I strive to build trusting relationships and engage patients in shared decision making to improve their quality of life. My clinical interests include migraines, headaches and occipital neuralgia.
Why I Love My Work
I was drawn to healthcare by a desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives each day. I chose headache medicine to address a highly prevalent yet often underrecognized condition that significantly affects daily functioning. What I enjoy most about my job is building meaningful relationships with patients and helping them regain parts of their lives. It is incredibly rewarding to see improvements in their daily functioning and overall quality of life.
Getting to Know Me
I have played the viola since sixth grade and currently play each week in a community orchestra. I also love to read, travel and spend time with my husband and kids.
