What I Do

In my role, I aim to be approachable and ensure that everyone I care for feels heard and is treated with kindness, dignity and respect. I strive to achieve high-quality, safe care and optimize overall health. I do this by working with a patient to create individualized wellness goals and offering ongoing education.

My clinical interests include women's health, contraceptive counseling and primary care.

Why I Love My Work

I love getting to know a patient and developing an ongoing relationship. This connection is essential, and I am honored to have the opportunity to play a part in each patient's health care journey.

I have always been drawn to the health care field. Every day, I am amazed by the fragility and resilience of our minds and bodies. I love staying updated on the ever-changing world of health care and exploring what drives health and illness. While I began with a focus on midwifery, I discovered that I enjoy working with people of all ages and genders across the lifespan. I take all I have learned and integrate that knowledge into every patient interaction. My goal is to decrease barriers and increase access by being able to care for the entire family.

Getting to Know Me

I grew up in the St. Cloud area, attended local schools and continue to have deep roots in the community. I am the mom of three adult children and two spoiled dogs. I enjoy exercising, reading, traveling, participating in service projects, playing trivia with my kids and gathering with family and friends.

As another hobby, I am endeavoring to learn Spanish and would one day love to care for Spanish-speaking families in their first language and participate in additional service projects.
