What I Do
My philosophy of care is recognizing that people are unique in their health care goals and needs. I strive to tailor information to patients and their families to educate about potential health risks, testing and prevention options, and provide support during the process.
My clinical interests include cancer, cardiology, prenatal, preconception counseling and pediatric genetics.
Why I Love My Work
Genetics is the foundation for our health. Knowledge about genetics is constantly evolving, and there is always something new to learn.
Learning about family history and genetic traits can be extremely empowering and allows people to be more proactive about their health. I enjoy meeting with individual patients, hearing their stories and providing them with information and resources to improve their health. I am very open to listening to their questions and concerns.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading, going to restaurants and dancing.
