Psychotherapy / Counseling

What I Do

I believe we all have inherent greatness with our own special strengths and gifts. It is my role to help my patients see their greatness and find many of their answers within themselves. My clinical interests include depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, relationships, and mindfulness-based therapies.

Why I Love My Work

I have always had a curiosity and interest in people, and I wanted to understand emotional development and how it impacts human behavior and choices. I chose to specialize in therapy/counseling because I wanted to help people see their ability to influence and change their realities. What I like most about my job is moments when people gain greater self-awareness, insight, and compassion for themselves.

Getting to Know Me

Outside of work, I enjoy knitting, sewing, going for walks, spending time with my loved ones, and learning more about why humans do what we do.
