What I Do
My clinical interests include family therapy, play therapy, divorce, trauma and stressor-related disorders, grief and loss, anxiety and depression.
Why I Love My Work
An important aspect of my work is providing a warm and safe space for individuals as we walk through the journey of healing together. Whether you are a child, adolescent or adult, I believe change happens when we feel safe to be our vulnerable selves and are connected with others. I work from a systemic, collaborative and person-centered approach, valuing integrative and holistic health.
Getting to Know Me
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, trying new things, taking care of my plants, connecting with my friends and spending time with my two dogs and family.
