What I Do

As a family nurse practitioner, I strive to be a resource to my patients for all of their health care questions and needs. I work to carefully coordinate their care and advocate so that their health needs are met. Prior to working as a nurse practitioner, my background is in public health and triage nursing.

Why I Love My Work

I enjoy building relationships with my patients, especially when I get to know multiple members and generations of a family. I also took on a leadership role and hope to have a positive influence on practices within the CentraCare Health system.

Getting to Know Me

My husband and I have two kids and two dogs and love to spend time outdoors and travel when we can. I especially enjoy biking, paddle boarding and yoga.

    Kelsey was a dream to meet with. I was prepared with dates and symptoms, expecting to have to fight for myself to be heard and acknowledged. I never had to fight. Being prepared was helpful, instead of necessary. Kelsey verbalized her support of my ongoing representation; if I need Rx help to get certain distressing procedures done, she is fully onboard. She even double checked that I was comfortable with the general procedure being done that day. She explained the nature of my condition when I expressed frustration, she understood and empathized with my worries. I feel so much more informed, confident, and hopeful for the future of my healthcare. Thank you!!

    I always recommend this office. My mother and niece also go here due to my recommendation. I moved here from out of state and Kelsey did more in 2 weeks than my previous provider did in 10 years. Her and the staff are truly amazing.
