What I Do
My philosophy of care is to provide patient-centered and holistic care by developing collaborative and trusting relationships, practicing evidence-based medicine, meeting patients where they are to attain long-term health goals and working together as a team to improve individuals’ quality of life. I believe in creating a compassionate and understanding environment by listening to and supporting my patients throughout multiple stages of their life.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, biking, taking my dog for walks, reading, and spending time with my friends and family.
