I did have a wait before my appointment. I arrived on time for check in, and saw Dr Tjaden about 50 minutes later. I don't blame her, I assume it is because she has to see more patients than time allows for. I feel that I have always received excellent care from her, and I appreciate that she takes the time to listen to and respond to my health concerns.
