What I Do
My philosophy of care is centered on treating each patient as an individual and fostering a strong patient-provider relationship. I listen carefully to each patient’s goals and customize the information I share, ensuring the person leaves feeling informed and satisfied. My goal is to educate about genetics with empathy and compassion.
My clinical interests include adult and pediatric genetics, with a focus on cancer.
Why I Love My Work
The best part of my job is connecting with patients and their families, helping them process and understand their genetic diagnoses. I have always been passionate about providing holistic care that encompasses both physical and mental well-being. Genetic counseling allows me to hear patients' stories, provide psychosocial support and educate them about their genetic risks.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I love going for long hikes, baking and spending time with family and friends.
