What I Do

Since a young age, I was interested in nutrition and how foods affect health. I have a family history of diabetes. This led me to specialize in diabetes care and prevention. My clinical interests include diabetes and pre-diabetes management, diabetes prevention and adult weight management.

I enjoy meeting people of all ages and backgrounds, as well as helping them with a personalized plan of nutrition care.
