What I Do
My philosophy of care is that I enjoy caring for the whole patient, even though I specialize in skin. I love learning about my patients' families and interests. It makes practicing medicine so much more rewarding.
My clinical interests include the procedural aspect of dermatology, especially performing Mohs micrographic surgery to remove skin cancer.
Why I Love My Work
What I enjoy most about my work is that I get to care for the best patients and work alongside the best team, which makes coming to work so enjoyable.
I was motivated to go into healthcare because I always enjoyed science growing up which made going into medicine an easy pathway. I chose dermatology as a specialty due to the procedural aspects involved and because it is so visual.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy watching my three daughters compete in dance. They dance for the New London Spicer Blackcat dance team and the Just for Kix teams.
