What I Do
In my role, I aim to provide compassionate, meaningful care that honors the unique backgrounds and needs of my patients.
To achieve this, I prioritize active listening to fully understand individual concerns and build trust throughout the clinical relationship. I am committed to personalized, values-based care and encourage shared decision-making to empower my patients to be active partners in their health journeys. My clinical interests include acute care, orthopedics, women's health and pediatrics.
Why I Love My Work
My passion for healthcare began with an early interest in human anatomy and physiology. This curiosity, combined with a strong drive to help others, led me to work as a certified nursing assistant and later as a patient care extender in the emergency department. Those experiences inspired me to advance my career by becoming a physician assistant.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling and attending live theater productions. During the summer, I love taking advantage of Minnesota's weather by rollerblading, biking, hiking and enjoying lake activities. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my niece and nephews.
