What I Do
As a physical therapist, I believe in an individualized treatment approach with an emphasis on functional and active interventions to help my patients reach their goals. My focus is to make physical therapy a fun and non-intimidating environment for patients. I place great value on actively listening to my patients and giving them autonomy during the course of rehabilitation. I aim to promote movement as medicine in order to give patients confidence and the tools for long term independent management.
My clinical interests include pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, shoulder pain, knee pain, low back pain and ankle sprains.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I love all things Minnesota sports, playing pickleball, golf and the Settlers of Catan board game.
