Palliative Medicine

What I Do

I collaborate with patients and their families to make joint decisions about care, utilizing best practice and considering their wishes and values. I am passionate about looking for ways to improve quality of life and increase comfort for my patients.

My clinical interests include palliative care, wound management and diabetes management.

Why I Love My Work

What I love most about my work is the connections I make with people. I also enjoy seeing improvements in the health, comfort and quality of life of my patients.

Getting to Know Me

Outside of work, I like playing cards, board games, puzzles, snowshoeing, hiking and riding my bicycle.

I was motivated to go into health care to make a difference in people's lives. I especially enjoy working with people who have complex medical needs.
