What I Do

As a nurse practitioner, my philosophy focuses on holistic and compassionate care. I treat the whole person, not just symptoms, and strive to understand each patient’s unique needs. By building trust and respect, I empower patients to take an active role in their health. My approach is based on evidence, continous learning, and a commitment to high-quality care. I am dedicated to being the best caregiver, helping patients navigate their health journeys with empathy and expertise.

Why I Love My Work

I was inspired to go into health care by my desire to help others and make a difference. Every day, I am driven by the chance to support and heal my patients. I chose family medicine because it lets me care for patients of all ages and build long-term relationships. I love the variety and the chance to address a wide range of medical issues, from preventive care to chronic conditions. It allows me to be a trusted health advocate for my patients throughout their lives.

Getting to Know Me

I have twin girls, I enjoy hiking, fishing and rooting for the Minnesota Twins and Vikings.
