What I Do

As a family nurse practitioner, I try to meet my patients where they are on their wellness journeys, supporting them at every age and stage. My goal is to empower my patients to live their healthiest and happiest lives.

My clinical interests include women’s health, pediatric health and wellness, mental health concerns, and contraceptive counseling.

Why I Love My Work

I've always had an attitude of curiosity and an interest in learning, as well as a strong desire to help and serve others.

Family medicine provides a unique opportunity to be present with patients in ways unlike any other specialty. I love getting to know my patients and helping them grow in their season of life — whether that be in childhood, adulthood, new parenthood, or the empty nest phase. It is truly a privilege to build relationships with my patients and meet their needs — whatever they may be.

Getting to Know Me

Outside of work I enjoy reading, baking, working out, and spending time with loved ones on the lake or outdoors. My favorite season of the year is fall, and I am a big Minnesota Vikings fan.
